INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Submission of your manuscript includes a commitment by the corresponding author to ensure that at least one author registers for the conference and presents the article.
-Accepted and presented articles are published in ICACGEA'20 Conference Proceedings and expected to be included in Scopus indexed conference proceedings.
-articles are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE Communications society will take action against any author who engages in either practice.

Online Presentation Mode
-ICACGEA'20 encourages all the authors to participate in the oral presentation to be held on 30th of October 2020. The participant e-certificate will be issued to all the participants.
Manuscript File Preparation:
-The author asked to follow the IEEE format for preparing the manuscript.
-Embed all figures and captions within the text.
-Ensure legibility; simplify all figures and tables and maintain uniformity of style throughout.
-The length of the article is from 5 to 10 pages.
-All submissions should be written in English with a maximum article length of ten (10) in IEEE format, respectively, including figures.
-Camera-ready versions of accepted articles exceeding ten (10) pages will not be allowed.
-Only .pdf and .docx files will be accepted both for the review process and camera-ready submissions.
-Manuscripts should not contain page numbers, embedded links or notes, scanned images, headers, or footers.
Revise Your article
-Please read the reviews of your article and follow the reviewers’ recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version.
-When you are done with the revision, please print out your article and carefully proofread it.
-All the details in the figure should be succinct.
Note: The camera-ready article should be prepared in proper formatting and should include all the reviewers recommendations. Failing to comply with may result in removal of the article from ICACGEA'20 proceedings and will not be submitted to conference proceedings even if the registration is done. It is recommended to use a professional native English-speaking editor if the authors are not good in scholarly writing. Articles with less than excellent English will not be published even if technically perfect.
ICACGEA'20 Copyright Form
-While uploading your camera-ready article, you will need to submit your ICACGEA'20 copyright form.
-All authors must be registered their article with article ID, title of the article, name of all authors during submission of final/camera ready article. If the author fails to complete the registration then his/her article will not be preceded further.
